Becoming a Google Certified Teacher Level 2
In this course, participants will learn to use G Suite for Education as an essential classroom tool and prepare participants for the Google Certified Educator Level 2 exam. They will explore the features of Google Sites, Blogger, YouTube, Google Forms, Google Drawings, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Calendar, and more. Participants will then be able to utilize these tools in the most effective ways to enhance student agency and voice, and “leverage learning models to personalize learning.” Participants will also learn how the G Suite tools can support instructional priorities (e.g., feedback cycles, opportunities to respond, etc.) and how to manage students engagement while they are learning with G Suite.
This course begins on February 11 and ends March 24, 2020. There is 1 required in-person class for this course. The in-person class will be held February 11, 2020 from 4:15 - 6:15. Location CAB-E Superintendent Conference Room.
