In this five-day workshop, educators learn how to design community-based mapping projects (CMaP) that engage students, align with core standards and work within existing curricula. Participants learn the fundamentals of project-based learning within the CMaP framework and how to enhance projects with educational technology while experiencing firsthand how effective project-based learning can be incorporated in their classrooms.
This will be in-person classes and will be held June 10 - 14, 2019 from 8:00 - 5:00. At the end of the week, participants will have earned three USBE or SUU credits.
